Yes. We operate under HIPAA-compliant workflows from bedside collection through delivery to your lab. Before we handle any patient information, we'll execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). We can provide our own customizable BAA or work under your facility's — whichever you prefer.
We carry full liability insurance, and we're happy to provide a certificate of insurance (COI) for your facility's records.
